Project consists of the specified site adaptation, site and infrastructure design and construction for/of a new campus facility for the Afghanistan National Army (ANA), The Infantry Kandak is an ANA military post which will house Approximately 635 soldiers. The project is defined as the design, material, labor, and equipment to construct buildings, parking, utilities and other infrastructure for a design population of 635 people.
